Problems Purchasing or Downloading Apps
If you are having problems purchasing or downloading an app, you need to get help from Apple support.
6/21/2014 – Version 7.0 problem –7.1 Update with bug fix now available in App Store.
Version 7.1 – There are still 3 guided meditations on the app. To choose between them, tap on the meditation name appearing on the screen. Same with the background music or nature sounds — tap to see choices and select the one you prefer.
The App Isn’t Working — the audios don’t play, I can’t hear the audios, there is no sound:
Sometimes people don’t hear the audio when they try to play it because the volume on either their iPhone/iPod/iPad or the app itself is not turned up high enough. Please check the following:
1 – Please make sure the volume on the app is turned up high enough. The volume for the voice, music and nature sounds is controlled by volume sliders (the far right position being the loudest).
2 – Check that the volume on your device is high enough.
3 – Check that your earphones/earbuds are plugged in all the way.
If you have checked these things and still have a problem, please see the General Tips below.
If you are having difficulty with any of our Apps, please try the following:
1. Redownload the App — Please try re-downloading the app using the following instructions:
a – Delete the app. (Put your finger on the icon for the app and hold it there until the apps wiggle on the screen. Touch the X on the app to delete it. Confirm you want it deleted when dialogue box appears).
b – Go into the app store. Tap on the Purchased tab at the bottom of the page. You should see the app. There should be a “cloud” icon with an arrow in it. Tap on that. It should then download the app again.
2. Make sure you have the latest IOS software on your device. You can download the latest software at this link — http://www.apple.com/ios/
3. Make sure you have the latest update of our App. You can check if an update is available by using the Update icon on your device.
