If you are having difficulty with any of our Apps, including problems with audio quality (such as speeding up, voice being garbled, etc.) please try the following:

Re-download the App – If you have problems using the App when you first download it, try re-downloading it in case something went wrong in the download. Make sure to allow time for the App to download completely. Follow these steps:

1 - Make sure you have the latest update of the app.
2 - Make sure that you have the latest software on your device.
3 - Delete the app.
4 - Turn your device off and then on again.
5 - Re-download the app.

Common Problems

The App Isn’t Working — the Audios Don’t Play, I can’t hear them
Sometimes people don’t hear the audio when they try to play it because the volume on either their iPhone/iPad or the app itself is not turned up high enough. The volume for the voice, music and nature sounds is controlled by volume sliders (the far right position being the loudest). Also — please make sure your earphones/earbuds are plugged in all the way.
