Problems Purchasing or Downloading Apps
If you are having problems purchasing or downloading an app, you need to get help from Apple support.

Common Problems

The App Isn’t Working — the Audios Don’t Play, I can’t hear them.

Sometimes people don’t hear the audio when they try to play it because the volume on either their iPhone or the app itself is not turned up high enough. The volume is controlled by volume sliders (the far right position being the loudest). Also — please make sure your earphones/earbuds are plugged in all the way. If you have checked these things and still have a problem, please see the General Tips below.

General Tips

If you are having difficulty with any of our Apps, please try the following:

1.Redownload the App — If you have problems using the App when you first download it, try re-downloading it in case something went wrong in the download. Make sure to allow time for the App to download completely. Follow this link for download instructions —

2.Make sure you have the latest IOS software on your device. You can download the latest software at this link —

3.Make sure you have the latest update of our App. You can check if an update is available by using the Update icon on your device.

If you still have a problem or questions, you can email us at the address below. Please give us some detail about how you try to use the app and what happens so that we can troubleshoot the problem for you.

    I bought the hightunes which has very nice music, for massage sessions. But, is there no way to make a playlist longer than 60 minutes? The massage sessions often go for two hours, and picking and deciding the lengths of the different pieces of music, to fit in two hours, would be useful.

    As the App is now, there is no way to program the playlist for more than 60 minutes. You would have to play it a second time for a 2 hour massage session. We should be able to change this in an update of the app in the future. Thanks for asking.

    Kevin, Are you already using the High Tunes app? That has music that would be especially good for that. We also have the album Pure Light that has 10 different tracks. If you want to get a general idea of what the music is like, you can listen to our podcast episode of music —

    I have the app “Attunement”.
    It does not want to download onto the Touch because a newer version of iPod software is required.
    I have updated and still no go.

    What gives?

    I take it you then have IOS 4.

    Try re-downloading the App. Here’s a link as to how to do this:

    Make sure you give it time to download completely. If this doesn’t work, please let us know exactly what happens.

    are there plans to make attunement “multi-taskable”?

    that is, are there plans to update the app to where you can listen to the music while doing something else, like working in another app? right now the app quits when you leave it

    david, thanks for asking. When we update the app to the iPhone 4 operating system, it should become multi-taskable.

    My playlist option is not there? I use it all the time and when I went app this am the option was not available.

    Bettina, are you saying that the Playlist button wasn’t there anymore, or that you tapped it and the Playlist page didn’t come up? If it’s the latter, it’s possible you didn’t wait long enough for the page to appear after you tapped the button. It can sometimes take as much as 15 seconds to load. Please try again and let us know if there is still a problem.

    I don’t have a menu to access so that I can move to a different page on the app. I have redownloaded it and updated software but the menu doesn’t show up.

    Natalie, we’re sorry you are having a problem. The page that you see when you first open the app does not have a navigation bar, but has two buttons on the page to navigate with (Instructions and Listen). The other pages have a bar at the bottom of the page with 4 buttons for going to other pages. Do you mean that the bar with four buttons is not appearing on the bottom of those pages?

    The quotes on the song pages— I touched it and it became a text box I could edit. My keyboard popped up. It is blocking the menu, and I can’t get it to go away. Closing the app does not reset things. Help!

    Leigh Ann, We’re so sorry about this problem. There was a bug in our most recent update, and we are fixing that. A new update should be available in about a week. In the meantime, we don’t understand why closing the app doesn’t reset it. It resets it on our device. We suggest that you delete the app and re-download it (which you should be able to do for free). Here’s a link with instructions for re-downloading the app — Then, until you get the new update, don’t tap on the quotes! We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

    I tried each piece of music to see which one I liked, and then they all started playing at once with no way to stop them. I checked each one to see which was playing, but they were all set on pause and then I turned each of them down in volume but to no avail. They are are all still playing beyond the 5 minute time, I was hoping they would turn off. Help!

    Sabine, is this on iPhone, or is it Android? What happens if you close the app and open it again?

    I have the same problem as the person above– all the songs are playing at once it sounds like cacophony. I have tried to stop or pause the songs but that doesn’t work. this is on an iPhone 4

    Bella, we are sorry you are having a problem. Do you have the most recent update, version 1.7? We did a bug fix that took care of the problem Sabine was having. If you do have version 1.7, please give us some detail about what you do (what buttons you tap and so on) that causes this to happen. Does it happen right away, or after an audio has been playing for a while? Are you using the Playlist or playing from an individual song page? These kinds of details can help us troubleshoot the problem. Thank you for your patience.

    Glenna, yes, it is. If we get any reports of problems, we will fix them, but we haven’t had any complaints since the iOS 5 upgrade.

    Can you please update the ipad app so the music will keep playing while I do other things, i.e., read an ebook? I guess this called “multitaskable”? That would be great, thank you!
