Smartphone Apps
A great way to enjoy meditation, music and more…
We’re excited about smartphone applications and what they allow us to do that we can’t do with an album or the podcast. Apps allow us to offer meditations with or without music, as well as the ability to adjust the music and voice volumes independently (on Apple apps). Our latest App, At Ease – Anxiety & Worry Relief, includes a journaling process. You can read about our apps at the iTune store or your android phone store, or read brief descriptions on our website using the links below.

What about android phones?
We’re working on androids, nick! Stay in touch, or follow us on Twitter or Facebook where we’ll announce when they’re available.
I’m looking forward to the android release. Your work here is so well done that having in that form will be a wonderful resource. You’re really made a difference in my life.
So glad, Mark, that we’ve made a difference for you. That means everything to us.
We’re getting closer to the android release. We don’t know yet if we can do everything with an android that we can with the iPhone in terms of how the apps operate and look, but hopefully we’ll have android versions soon.
Mery,
thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with us. I truly wish you all the best in your projects and lots of success. Thank you.
You are welcome, Igor, and thank YOU for your kind wishes.
Are you developing a BlackBerry application?
Hi Sarah, We don’t have any plans to develop a BlackBerry app. It’s expensive and complicated, and unfortunately BlackBerry users are a relatively small group. Perhaps this will change in the future…
I don’t think you realize just how big of a group of BlackBerry users there are.
Thanks for the correction, Natalie. You’re right.
There are several complications that are keeping us from developing for Blackberry now. The most important is that, except for our podcast app, which was developed by Wizzard Media, we create our own apps. As we are not professional developers, this is an extremely time-consuming process! Perhaps if we found a Blackberry app developer who was willing to develop for us on a profit-sharing basis, we could move into the Blackberry market soon. We certainly have the content and graphics, but learning to do it for Blackberry would be a Herculean task at present. The way it looks right now. we’ll probably continue to create Apple apps, and then hopefully move to other platforms somewhere down the road.
Thanks for opening this discussion. We do get requests for Blackberry apps and perhaps we’ll find a way to do it sooner rather than later. We’re open to ideas!
