A great way to enjoy our meditations and music!
We’re excited about applications and what they allow us to do that we can’t do with an album or the podcast. The ability to adjust the voice and music volumes separately is an example of the added value that an app gives. Here’s a brief description of the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad apps we have so far, with links to the iTunes store where you can read more detail and purchase the apps if you wish.

iSleep Easy App NEW!
The iSleep Easy app contains a wide variety of guided meditations to help you fall asleep and sleep deeply. You can listen to the meditations with or without several choices of music or nature sounds. In addition, you can create your own sleep program using a Playlist feature which allows you to listen to up to six meditations in one session, choosing which music or nature sound you’d like in the background and how long they will continue after the voice guidance stops. If you prefer to listen to music or nature sounds alone, a Sound Mix feature allows you to listen to a combination of music plus a nature sound, or two nature sounds together.

CHANGE YOUR BREATHING HABITS WITH 3 SIMPLE TOOLS
1 – BREATHING REMINDERS — All it takes is a simple reminder to help you start breathing again. You can program the app to remind you to breathe throughout the day. Choose from voice prompts, sounds or use the silent mode and receive visual reminders only. Choose how often you wish to be reminded.
2 – FOUR BREATHING BREAK AUDIOS — These audios are designed to help you take brief breathing breaks during the day. There are four to choose from, each with a slightly different focus — Basic Breath Awareness, Deep Breathing, Pleasure Breathing, and Belly Breathing. Once the Breathing audio gets you started, you can continue your breathing break for as long as you’d like.
3 – BREATHING EXERCISE — This simple voice-guided exercise will help you learn to breath in a regular, easy way. Instead of a complicated exercise in which you have to count, pause, or breathe in a very particular way, this exercise uses an intuitive approach. It guides you to tune into your body and discover your own, natural way of breathing. The exercise is pleasurable to do and you’ll look forward to doing it rather than feeling it’s a chore. At Ease – Anxiety & Worry Relief
Our At Ease app contains a unique approach to relieving anxiety and worry. With a combination of voice-guided breathing meditations, exercises and journaling, At Ease is intended to make deep and lasting change rather than applying a temporary “band aid”. Most people will experience immediate relief using the guided breathing meditations, but the long term benefit of At Ease will come from using the breathing meditations, exercises and journaling regularly over time.

Meditation Oasis Podcast App
The podcast app, developed by Wizzard Media, gives you easy access to all of our podcast meditations. We’ve added written Comments and Tips on each meditation, as well as some Bonus Music. A Star Feature allows you to create a “favorites” page. With the app, you can easily connect with us through email, our website, Facebook or Twitter. The app works on iPhone and iPod Touch. (Note: This is a “streaming app”. iPod Touch users can download meditations for use in Offline Mode, but will not be able to access all of the apps features while offline.) This is a great way to listen to the podcast and helps to support the podcast at the same time!
