Thank you for buying the Meditation Oasis® Podcast App. We hope you enjoy it and welcome any comments or questions on your experience with it. The developer of this App is Wizzard Media, so technical problems should be brought to their attention. Please make sure you have the latest software update on your iPhone.

We have a few FAQs below. If these don’t answer your questions, please use the Troubleshooting button on the Contact page of the app (on the iPad the Troubleshooting button appears on the drop down menu with the @ symbol). FAQs

I don’t see the Episode list on my iPad. I can only get one episode.

There is a bug on the iPad in which the Episodes button doesn’t appear in the upper left corner where it should be when you first open the app in the portrait orientation. Wizzard Media, the developer of this app, states this bug will be fixed, but in the meantime there is a workaround. If you turn the iPad to landscape orientation, the episode list will appear on the left side of the screen, and you can use that to get to all the other meditations. Also, when you turn your iPad back to portrait mode, the Episode button will now appear.

Why is the audio playing too fast? How can I slow it down?

The box to the right of the Play arrow should have a 1X inside it. If it says 1-1/2X it is playing 1-1/2 times as fast, 2X means it’s playing 2X as fast. Tap the box until 1X appears for normal speed.

How can I download episodes for offline use? This information can be found at:

What are the symbols near the Play arrow? The symbol to the left of the Play arrow (a 30 inside a circular arrow) backs up the audio 30 seconds when you tap it. The symbol to the right, a box with 1X, 1-1/2X, 2X inside it, governs the speed with which the audio plays. You would want to listen to a meditation with the 1X (normal) speed.

    Since I bought the application I have not been able to listen to one meditation session, it is always buffeting and it closes freezing my iPod touch. I cannot even send a message thru the trouble shooting option, it closes and kcks me out completely. Can u tell me what the problem is or do I request a refund.

    Sara, We are sorry you are experiencing this. We have received a couple other reports of this in the past couple days. It has also happened to someone who had the app for some time and had no prior problems with it. We don’t know what has changed to cause this problem. We are bringing this to the attention of Wizzard Media, the developers of the app. It would be helpful if you could also contact them directly using the following link.     Much trouble downloading. Error message is Download timed out. Cannot contact through the app as it just buffers away. I enjoy the sessions but the app is so annoying that trying to meditate with it is a chore. All of my other apps including Podcaster work fine. I would use Podcaster solely but I cannot get all of the sessions with it.

    I cannot access my podcast application for iPad. Can you help? Can I download it separately. sometimes with great effort I can find it. it just seems to appear and disappear. this causes some anxiety on my part. You have thanked me for purchasing it, but I can’t find it. I find the creativity podcast very useful and wish I could access it.

    Pelle, sorry you are having a problem, but you’ll need to get support from Apple about this. Although we have created the podcast, we did not develop this app and are not experts on how to use the iPad. Here’s a link for Apple iPad support — http://www.apple.com/support/ipad/ Good luck!
