Problems Purchasing or Downloading Apps
If you are having problems purchasing or downloading an app, you need to get help from Apple support.

Common Problems

The App Isn’t Working — I don’t hear the music.

Sometimes people don’t hear the music when they try to play it because the volume on either their iPhone or the app itself is not turned up high enough. The volume is controlled by volume sliders (the far right position being the loudest). Also — please make sure your earphones/earbuds are plugged in all the way. If you have checked these things and still have a problem, please see the General Tips below.

General Tips

If you are having difficulty with any of our Apps, please try the following:

1.Redownload the App — If you have problems using the App when you first download it, try re-downloading it in case something went wrong in the download. Make sure to allow time for the App to download completely. Follow this link for download instructions —

2.Make sure you have the latest IOS software on your device. You can download the latest software at this link —

3.Make sure you have the latest update of our App. You can check if an update is available by using the Update icon on your device.

    My app on my iphone 4 S doesnt work. It worked fine on my 3S. I have tried to reinstall and I have even paid for it again, but the app just wont launch on my phone.

    Please help.

    Hello Hanna. You shouldn’t have had to pay for the app again. Once you’re purchased it, it should always be available to you to re-download and for updates.

    We don’t know why the app isn’t launching for you. We haven’t had any other reports of problems with this and it works fine on our iPhone 4S and also on the Apple simulator, so we don’t have a way to find out what is wrong. We suggest that you get help from Apple with your iPhone, as we’re quite sure the problem is not with the app.
