Problems Purchasing or Downloading Apps
If you are having problems purchasing or downloading an app, you need to get help from Apple support.

Common Problems

The App Isn’t Working — the Audios Don’t Play, I can’t hear them.

Sometimes people don’t hear the audio when they try to play it because the volume on either their iPhone or the app itself is not turned up high enough. The volume is controlled by volume sliders (the far right position being the loudest). Also — please make sure your earphones/earbuds are plugged in all the way. If you have checked these things and still have a problem, please see the General Tips below.

General Tips

If you are having difficulty with any of our Apps, please try the following:

1.Redownload the App — If you have problems using the App when you first download it, try re-downloading it in case something went wrong in the download. Make sure to allow time for the App to download completely. Follow this link for download instructions —

2.Make sure you have the latest IOS software on your device. You can download the latest software at this link —

3.Make sure you have the latest update of our App. You can check if an update is available by using the Update icon on your device.

    I can’t seem to get of the Index screen. How do I move forward from there?

    Cassandra, you should be able to move from the index screen to different pages on the app by tapping on the various titles, such as “Course Instructions”, “Basic Concepts”, etc. The gray cells with white lettering should each take you to a page when tapped. Let us know if this doesn’t answer your question or if it isn’t working for you.

    The app can not download in my i-pad but you charged me the app.
    This is the first time I have this problem if it is not possible to get the app, please reimburse me my money back.

    Hello Sonia,

    We’re sorry you are having this problem. I’m not sure if you first downloaded to your iPhone and are now trying to also put it on your iPad, or if you tried to directly download it to your iPad. If you did try directly to the iPad, please try these things:

    Usually following the steps above will solve the problem. If not, please let us know and we’ll investigate it further.

    I paid..couldn’t download onto iPad..had to do it through iTunes and sync..kinda a pain..but I had paid already. Had to update iTunes and my iPad for it to work..more of a pain….now I read through some, went to the pictures of hand placement and now it’s locked and frozen there…not impressed at all

    Tina, once you’re on the page for the pictures of hand placements, you should be able to navigate out by tapping Index and choosing another page to go to. What happens when you tap Index? What happens if you close and re-open the app? We haven’t had anyone else report this problem, so we need to work with you to figure out what is going on.

    I also cannot move away from the index screen on the left and the picture of the chakra s stays on the right. Immediately after installing the app on my iPad it worked and I even listened to the audio, but when I reopened it today the app is stuck/ frozen on the index and picture. How can I get it going again? I already tried closing and reopening the app several times.

    Glenda, we’re sorry you are having a problem downloading the app. If your payment went through for the app, it went to Apple iTunes, not to us. The app should have downloaded directly onto your phone, unless you purchased it on your computer. It sounds like you need help with the downloading and we recommend you get help from the Apple support for iPhone or iPad, depending on which device you have. You can also try to re-download the app (which you can do for free if you’ve already purchased it). This link gives instructions —

    When you talk in the audio about making a tripod using the three fingers, do you have a picture of this, so I can check I am doing it correctly? I absolutely love this app!

    Hi Lyn, Glad you’re enjoying the app. Am assuming you’re talking about the Energy Sensing Exercise. We don’t have a picture, but if you place the tips of your thumb, index and middle fingers together, you’ve got it!

    No matter what I do I can’t steer away from the self balancing page. I was just taking a quick look. I would like to go back now and actually use the app.
    I know how to go back and forth. The app is frozen.

    Norma, are you saying that when you tap the Index button in the upper left corner of the page, it doesn’t work? If so, try turning your phone on and off and if that doesn’t work, please try re-downloading the app using the following instructions:
    1 – Delete the app (touch the icon for the app until the apps wiggle on the screen. Touch the X on the app to delete it. Confirm you want it deleted when dialogue box appears).
    2 – Go into the app store. Tap on the Purchased tab at the bottom of the page. You should see the app. There should be a “cloud” icon with an arrow in it. Tap on that. It should then download the app again.

    Please let us know if you are still having a problem after trying these steps.
