Problems Purchasing or Downloading Apps
If you are having problems purchasing or downloading an app, you need to get help from Apple support.

Common Problems

The App Isn’t Working — the Audios Don’t Play, I can’t hear them.

Sometimes people don’t hear the audio when they try to play it because the volume on either their iPhone or the app itself is not turned up high enough. The volume is controlled by volume sliders (the ar right position being the loudest). Also — please make sure your earphones/earbuds are plugged in all the way. If you have checked these things and still have a problem, please see the General Tips below.

General Tips

If you are having difficulty with any of our Apps, please try the following:

1.Redownload the App – If you have problems using the App when you first download it, try re-downloading it in case something went wrong in the download. Make sure to allow time for the App to download completely. Follow this link for download instructions — http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

2.Make sure you have the latest IOS software on your device. You can download the latest software at this link — http://www.apple.com/ios/

3.Make sure you have the latest update of our App. You can check if an update is available by using the Update icon on your device.

    It has been an exhausting day for me today because I met many people and kept talking to them almost without stopping. When I finally left the group and got on the bus, I realized that I was extremely impatient and nervous. My breath became short and quick. Right at this moment I remembered the “At Ease” app. on my iPod Touch. I turned it on, followed the “breath aware” guided meditation while visualizing myself in a remote and private place, and felt an almost immediately relief of my nervousness.

    Many thanks for designing this application with wonderful guided meditations and sweet instrumental music.

    You are so welcome, Eleanor. It’s good to hear At Ease is helping. After you’ve worked with the program long enough, it will become a habit to use the breath meditations when you become nervous!

    Having difficulty purchasing the 8.99 version for my MAC. I use Firefox – is that the problem

    Dolores, you need to purchase the app from App Store which you can access on your Mac. It isn’t done on the internet so your browser doesn’t matter. Here’s a link that explains about the App Store and how to get it if you don’t already have it — http://www.apple.com/mac/app-store/
