The app was working on my HTC desire but then proceeded to get slower and slower to start up. Now it won’t open!
Could you please advise me on what to do.
    Thanks

Hi Melissa, Sorry this is happening. We suggest you redownload the app. Chances are this will solve the problem. If not, please let us know. Here’s how to re-download an Android app:

    1. Open the Market application on your phone.
    2. Select the Menu key.
    3. Select Downloads.
    4. Scroll down the list and locate the desired application. It will be marked as Purchased.
    5. Select the app and you will be asked to install the app. Download it. You should not be charged for the application again.

I am unable to download the app, even after removing the sd card. The app only shows purchased.

Val, this is a problem with the Android market. We will send you an email response with details.

I am unable to download the app, even after removing the SD card. When I look at it in Android Market, it shows that I purchased it and begins to download, but never makes any progress and eventually quits.

    Thank you!

Dani, we are sorry you are having this problem. Unfortunately there seem to times when this happens (there are so many different Android phones that behave differently). If you still haven’t gotten the download, we’ll be glad to refund your money. We’re sorry we can’t offer you a solution. Some people have gotten help using this link. You can also see if Android support can help — http://market.android.com/support/ On that page, there is a section with support links for “Users”. If you aren’t able to get any help, let us know and we’ll issue the refund.

Hi Mary, firstly, I absolutly cannot live without your meditation and relaxation apps. I have 3 of them and listen daily. For the most part, several times a day. Secondly, the Rest and Relaxation is my fav. On market, the app info states that the listner is able to listen to the music alone as well as nature sounds. Its the music I am interested in. However, I am unable to find how to get to just the music. Can you help me with this. Thanks so much for these lovely apps.

Jennifer, we’re so pleased you are enjoying our apps. Thank you for contacting us about this. We’re so sorry, but we made an error in the market description of the app. There are no nature sounds on the Android app, and you cannot listen to the music alone. The only choices are voice alone and voice with music. (We have been unable to program all the features of the iPhone app in our Android apps due to the Android platform). We have corrected the description now and are thankful you brought this up so we found the error. Best wishes.

Hi I love the App. When I listen to the rain (my favorite) this program stops and starts like a skipping record kind of. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Does anybody else have this problem? Is there a solution?

    Thanks

  10. Mary on January 1st, 2012 2:50 pm

Andy, has this been happening since you first downloaded the app or was it working OK for you for awhile? How often are you hearing the skipping? We don’t have this happen on our testing phone, and haven’t had any other reports of it. You can try re-downloading the app, and see if that solves the problem. Let us know! Meditation Oasis

I downloaded the app today and used the 24 minute whole body music and voice. I must say it is the most effective meditation I’ve had in a while. While I’m please with the product, I am having the same issue Andy had with the skipping. I am using a Samsung Epic 4G. I would try re-downloading but it would appear that there are others with the problem, as this issue was mentioned in the above and in the Android Market reviews. Please let me know when a solution is found.

    Thank you.

  12. Mary on January 13th, 2012 11:06 am

Scott, are you having skipping on the rain sound specifically, like Andy reports? We never heard back from him so don’t know if re-downloading solved the problem for him. Let us know if it’s just on the rain.

  13. Mary on January 13th, 2012 3:35 pm

Scott and Andy, We think you must have been hearing the “gap” in the looping sound, and have substituted a new rain sound. The app takes up more storage space this way, but hopefully solves the problem for you.
