Meditation Help

Our website has lots of information to help support your meditation practice. You can navigate through the website using the bar at the top of the page. The sidebar on the right has links to our information about How to Meditate, including a “Difficulty Meditation” page which you can read if you are having challenges with the Relax & Rest Meditations. You can also ask questions or leave comments in the Comment field below.

    I have recently been asked to update my version of your anxiety worry relief app for android and since opening the new version been asked to download meditations, I clicked to do so and an error message came up, I can not download the files for some unknown reason and now the only voice guidance I have is the first two sentences per meditation. I’m sure you can understand my disappointment in being unable to use an app that I’ve paid for. Can you please upgrade or send some sort of code to reinstall the app at no charge as I would like to continue to use it and look into other meditations you may have. Thank you and I hope you hear from someone soon.

    Sam, we’re sorry you are having a problem with the app. What model phone do you have? Does it have an SD card? What does the error message say? If your phone has an SD card, is it full?
    Please answer these questions so that we can troubleshoot the problem.
