PROBLEMS PURCHASING or DOWNLOADING THE APP: For problems with purchasing or downloading the app, you will need to get help from the seller of the app — Android Market, amazon.com, etc.
NOTE ABOUT DOWNLOADING: Our apps are relatively large for android phones, and this may cause a problem with downloading if you have a slow internet connection. Please be sure you have a strong internet connection when you download the app. If you can, use WiFi to download the app. If this is not the problem, then you will need to get support from the vendor of the app, as mentioned above.
12-18-12 Known issue. Journal pages do not save when you close the app or turn off the phone. We are working on a fix for this, and should be publishing an update soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The meditations cut out after about 3 mins.
Simon, we are unable to reproduce this problem on our phone, and haven’t had any other reports of this. Is this happening with all 3 meditations consistently? Is it possible it’s happening when the phone goes into lock mode? Are you playing the meditations with music or nature sounds, and do they also cut out? What model phone do you have?
Hi, the at ease meditations cut out after about 3 minutes, I can’t see it being my android phone being the problem as I have some of your other meditations on here and they’re fine.

Susan, we’re sorry you’re having a problem with the app. We haven’t had anyone else report this. Please try re-downloading the app (which you should be able to do for free since you’ve already purchased it). Please let us know if there’s still a problem after you do this.
all three meditations cut out after about 30 seconds. i have music on at same time as meditation
Emma, this is the first time anyone has reported this, and it doesn’t do that on our Android phone. Please first try redownloading the app. If that doesn’t solve the problem, please leg us know. Let us know what model phone you have and also if it is happening when your phone goes into lock mode. Any other information you can give us would help.
hi i have a samsung galaxy. it happens even before phone goes into lock mode. i have reinstalled, but problem remains.
Emma, unfortunately this seems to happen on he Samsung Galaxy, but not most other phones. Therefore we don’t know if we’ll be able o change this without creating a problem on other phones. You will need to change the setting for lock mode when you play the meditations, so that it does not lock before the meditation ends. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If this is not acceptable for you, please email us about a refund.
Hi, seems I have the same issue that has been reported where the meditations cut out after a few seconds. I have a HTC desire s and have tried reinstalling but that has not helped. I also tried clicking the download audio files button but that does not seem to do anything after initial download.
Kerri, we are sorry you are having this problem. As mentioned before, we haven’t been able to make this happen on our phone and most phones don’t seem to have this problem. We will look into this again. If you don’t see an update in the next couple weeks,nyou can contact us for a refund.
I can’t get the journals tips to play. Otherwise I am enjoying the meditations and am “anxious “” to-do the journaling
Deb, Are all the other audios playing for you? Is it only the introduction and tips on the main journaling page that you cannot hear? Also please let us know what kind of phone or device you are using. Thank you for working with us on this.
I can’t get the journal tips to play. No other problems, just the journal introduction and tips. I have the app on a Galaxy tablet.
