Unfortunately there&#039;s no sampling on apps, unless you get Android apps from amazon.com. There are 49 mandalas on the Luminescence (mandala) app. About 10 are varying colors of one, but the others are all quite unique.</description>

                      I am doing breath meditation for some time and I am having little problem with it. I feel when I start to observe breath my eyes even though closed starts to do movement . I feel they are moving as I observe breathing.  I get heaviness in eyes and forehead area and it remains for a longer periods of time. Please suggest me how to overcome this problem how not to get this heaviness and feel calm and relaxed after meditation.

Please let me first thank you for your great work. Like most people I listen to your voice before going to bed and it helped me through a very though time in my life. The Inner Child meditation is the one that i found the most powerful for myself, i was shocked to discover so many things that were in my head and i had no idea of. 

My suggestion would be to have a guided meditation on forgiveness. Forgiving others but especially forgiving youself. First of all because it&#039;s maybe the most important step when you&#039;re a time of spiritual journey. Learning to forget yourself is not an easy thing to do and it most definitely needs guidance. It&#039;s the basis of finding your true self and loving yourself and others in a true manner. 

I hope you&#039;ll take my suggestion into consideration. I, and I&#039;m sure, so many other people, will be terribly grateful.
