Lisabeth, as long as your computer has a CD burner you should be able to burn the audios to a CD. We don’t know anything about your computer, so please check out the instructions that came with it about how to burn CDs from downloaded mp3s.

I wondered how to make a CD of your podcasts? I can download them to my computer, but I don’t want to listen to my computer all night while listening to the Deep Rest meditation. Is there any way to make it into a CD? I tried right-clicking on the podcast, and it says it will save to ,y CD drive, but it only saves the shortcut, not the mediation. When I try to right-click on the actual meditation, it takes me to a QuickTime program that I have to buy. Any suggestions?

As a therapist who inevitably has spent time and action energy on self, I found your podcast (inner child) to be the key to unlocking the power of laughter, forgiveness and unbridled joy, which I saw for the first time, when I located not the expected wounded child, but the child of immense wisdom. This gave me tacit permission to allow (her) to heal the adult me. Respect and gratitude.

Your Blessing us all for your giving and love for others!
We are parents of 9 children with 7 still at home, married 30 years and life has its pressures for sure!
I’m 100% Disabled Service connected from the Marine Corp, since my wife found your sites my sleeping while listening to your Meditation’s I sleep much better, Dawn and I both dooooo!
Out of all the others YOU BOTH have the BEST MEDITATION SERIES EVER!!

Life with 6 girls and wife incl 3 boys is and has been heavy and stressful, though I (we) would not change a thing, your PodCast is God sent!
I must say also that I never knew how powerful the word LOVE IS!
we have been married 30 yrs our oldest is 27 youngest 10 all two years apart… Married 3 yrs ( strongly recommend ) before we had a child as we needed to KNOW US FIRST!!!
My wife asked me to marry her!
I have the most beautiful, understanding, loving, kind, God loving woman!
I now know that LOVE is just not a word to throw around in a relationship. The word,a four letter word is FOREVER GROWING! I before God love my wife more today then yesterday! It’s awesome to be in LOVE, it does not stop! Yes, we have problems disagreements etc, but I know and my wife knows that we go to bed together and wake together in UNITY in love and happy for another day together..
GUYS WOMAN, love eachother share this MEDITATION and live! There is nothing better in this WORLD then having a FRIEND that is with you BACK TO BACK!
Yes I know marriage is NOT EASY, but its the MOST IMPORTANT PROMISE two people can make ON THIS EARTH between eachother! TILL DEATH DUE WE PART, remember that? WELL I TAKE IT BEYOND DEATH, I NEVER WANT ANOTHER WOMAN, so beyond life I’ll have my wife!!!
Meditate Together face LIFE together, it’s awesome!
To look at my wife no one could EVER guess she had 2 children let alone 9!
FEED THE MIND, BODY & SOUL with GOOD, then rest in the FACT that you have given your life to your WIFE/HUSBAND!
IF THE GRASS ON THE OTHERSIDE OF THE FENCE LOOKS GREENER REMEMBER, IT’S ASTRO TURF, as in fake grass!
Do the MOST IMPORTANT JOB EVER GIVEN MAN a 100% there is NO OUT, you want greener grass WORK ON IT TOGETHER!
Remember MEDITATION OASIS has given us the ability to be AND REMAIN CALM, take TOGETHER THESE GIFTS it is AWESOME having people like this that GIVE FOR OUR BETTER WAY OF LIFE!
MEDITATION OASIS Is Blessing and beyond, there are NO BETTER SERIES AND THEY ARE HERE FOR US!
