		<description>Thank you so much for this. It&#039;s a very handy tool for me to use, especially when work is as hectic as it has been lately! I also find this useful to put on in the car BEFORE work, after i park up 10 minutes early.

It&#039;s great that you take those breaks everyday -- what a difference that makes. You can get &quot;reset&quot; each time you do that.

		<description>Hi there, I thought I&#039;d just add the obvious, that perhaps during work is one of the most important times of all to take min-breaks for meditation, as it&#039;s a pretty tough call for half an hour of meditation in the evening to make up for 8 hours plus of continuous stress during the day! If you can take mini-breaks (I personally go to the toilet 2 or 3 times during the day, and sit there meditating for five minutes!) then the whole experience of work will likely be transformed, and meditation in the evening doesn&#039;t have to so much of an antidote as instead a continuation.
