Your expressions are so lovely. I am so with you on this too. I often wonder why we want to create such busy life. Sometimes I feel like I just want to stop this fast spinning world and get off. Ya, like many others, I do get caught in it. Today, I managed to let go and took a long deep relaxation meditation. It again brought back that old familiar feeling of deep soulful connection. A beauty that no words could fully describe. Taking this moment to connect with you is also one of my beautiful pauses in life. Thank you for sharing.
