Interesting to read about the Mozart effect, grimmarketer. I've never gotten involved with binaural beats since I've always preferred to do everything "naturally". I discovered early on that a meditative state and all the benefits of meditation can be achieved without binaural beats and so on. But that's just my personal preference -- obviously a lot of other people find that approach worthwhile. Thanks for commenting.

Always great to see other people who explore within. I came across a pretty cool site that talks about binaural beats. Basically, it takes the Mozart effect up a notch. Pretty long explanation that can be found on my lens (blog).

The selections from Meditation Oasis address my concerns - and those of friends, too. I keep a "guided meditation" playlist so I can create a meditation du jour (du heure?) in seconds - usually the vital seconds between sanity and losing it entirely.!
