Just received your email, Mark, and really appreciate your commenting on this podcast episode. This is the first episode where I talk about meditation, and I do want to do more of that as I feel it has some value. At least I get a lot out of it!

You mention that some books and podcasts have helped you to "approach it in my own way" (regarding meditation). Eureka! Meditation is a natural ability, a "happening" really, and we arrive at it in our own ways. I feel we need to discover what's true and what works in ourselves. Sometimes a guided meditation helps, but it's still our own self discovery.

Thanks for commenting, Mary.

I just sent you an e-mail commenting on the podcast related to this, but this is helpful in the same way.

I need to make this blog a regular stop in my reading.
