When I have been engrossed in artistic creation, it has been a form of meditation.  So perhaps you meditate more than you think -- you just aren&#039;t calling it that!  Mary</description>

Sometimes meditation for me is simply something I don&#039;t do enough of! And other times it is this calm world of possibilities living within, tapable.
